Mediterranean Salad Sandwich
|Pita bread||1 (Round)|
|Feta cheese slices||4 (1/2 Inch Slices)|
|Lettuce||1 , shredded|
|Cucumber||1 Small, diced|
|Tomato||1 , diced|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1 Heat round of pita. Cut in half.
2 Fill each half with 2 slices Feta, shredded lettuce, cucumber, and tomato.
3 Combine yogurt, crushed garlic, chopped parsley. Thin with milk and spoon over filling. Garnish with green onion.
