Moroccan Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Hungarian sweet paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lean lamb racks 1 1⁄2 Pound (2 Pieces, French Cut, 8 Ribs Each)
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Cooked couscous 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Cooked Without Salt Or Fat)
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl, and stir well.
Rub spice mixture evenly over lamb, and let stand 5 minutes.
Place lamb on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 425° for 25 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
Let lamb stand 10 minutes before slicing.
