|Margarine||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Hazelnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
1. Place the blackcurrants in a 900 ml ovenproof dish and drizzle over the honey.
2. Place the flour in a bowl and rub in the margarine until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in the sugar and hazelnuts, then sprinkle over the fruit.
3. Bake in a preheated oven, 200°C/400°F, for 25-30 minutes, until the topping is golden brown.
