|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Pine nuts||1 Tablespoon (toasted)|
In a large no-stick frying pan over medium heat, saute the cauliflower and garlic for 1 minute, or until the garlic begins to soften.
Add the raisins, vinegar and water.
Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cauliflower is crisp-tender.
