Mustard Flavored Fennel
|Fennel||500 Milliliter, finely sliced (2 Cups)|
|Butter||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|35% cream||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Old fashioned mustard||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
– In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch fennel for 10 minutes and drain.
– In a skillet, melt butter and saute fennel for 5 minutes.
– Add cream and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Cook until sauce begins to thicken.
