Ingredients
  Fennel 500 Milliliter, finely sliced (2 Cups)
  Butter 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  35% cream 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Old fashioned mustard 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch fennel for 10 minutes and drain.
–  In a skillet, melt butter and saute fennel for 5 minutes.
–  Add cream and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Cook until sauce begins to thicken.
