Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Wraps
|Sun dried tomato||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Goat cheese||4 Ounce (1 Package, At Room Temperature)|
|Chopped spanish olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|10 inch flour tortillas||5|
|Shredded romaine lettuce||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||1 Pound, grilled and cut into strips|
Combine mayonnaise and goat cheese; beat or whisk until smooth.
Stir in olives.
Spread about 3 tablespoons cheese mixture evenly on each tortilla.
Top with lettuce and chicken, dividing evenly.
Roll up tightly.
