Mediterranean Tuna Salad
|Fresh green beans||1⁄4 Pound|
|Canned tuna||12 Ounce, drained, separated into chunks (1 Can)|
|Canned great northern beans||15 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)|
|Tomato||1 Large, chopped|
|Ripe greek olives||12|
|Bottled italian dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Cook green beans in lightly salted boiling water 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
Rinse with cold water; drain again.
Place tuna in center of serving platter; sprinkle with capers.
Arrange beans, tomatoes and olives around tuna; surround with green beans.
Sprinkle with chives, if desired.
