Fennel Au Gratin
|Fennel||375 Milliliter, finely sliced (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Hollandaise sauce||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Parmesan cheese||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
– Preheat oven to broil.
– In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch fennel for 5 minutes. Drain.
– Place in a baking dish, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, coat with hollandaise sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and broil to brown.
