  Olive oil 180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Champagne vinegar 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Dried chives 10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoon)
  Dried dill leaves 10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoon)
  Dry fennel 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
