Ingredients
For arugula, fennel, and pomegranate salad recipe
  Fresh lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fuji apple 8 Ounce, halved, cored, cut into matchstick-size strips (1 Apple)
  Red onion 1 , minced
  Extra virgin olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use Fresh)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Pomegranate juice 1 Tablespoon
  Fennel bulb 1 Large, trimmed, halved, very thinly sliced
  Fuji apple 8 Ounce, halved, cored, cut into matchstick size strips
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pomegranate seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Arugula 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Directions

Dressing:
Wisk together

Garnish:
Rough chop in food processor
