  Tomatoes 2 Medium, cubed
  Green bell pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Finely chopped fresh mint/2 teaspoons dried mint 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Canned tuna in oil 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Green olives 6
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Combine the vegetables and the mint; mix well.
Add the olive oil, vinegar, and crumbled tuna fish, and mix once again.
Season to taste.
