|Tomatoes||2 Medium, cubed|
|Green bell pepper||1 Medium, chopped|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Finely chopped fresh mint/2 teaspoons dried mint||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned tuna in oil||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
Combine the vegetables and the mint; mix well.
Add the olive oil, vinegar, and crumbled tuna fish, and mix once again.
Season to taste.
