If you like eggs for breakfast and are fond of Moroccan style egg sandwich, you can taste the solar cooked eggs in a Moroccan egg salad sandwich and relish it.
1 Clove (5 gm)
Flat leaf parsley
Cook eggs in a solar cooker. The eggs are cooked in about 2 hours time as the temperature reaches 212 F. Peel the shell and finely chop them. In a bowl, mix salt, pepper and minced garlic, add lemon juice, olive oil. Then, add chopped cooked eggs. Fold them together and add parsley. Spread the egg salad on a bread slice, place another bread slice on top. Cut the sandwich into half and serve.
