Roasted Fennel

This yummy recipe can be served as an appetizer, this dish is from American cuisine.
Ingredients
  Garlic clove 1 Large, peeled, finely chopped (Food You Feel Good About)
  Sliced portobello mushrooms 4 Ounce
  Fennel bulb 1 Pound, washed, trimmed and thinly sliced (1 Large Sized)
  Chopped fennel leaves 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon (Wegmans)
  Peeled garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Sliced portobella mushrooms 4 Ounce
  Sliced shiitake mushrooms 4 Ounce
  Fennel bulb 1 Pound, washed trimmed and thinly sliced
  Chopped fennel 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Unseasoned croutons 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Wegmans)
  Chicken stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic and mushrooms and cook on MEDIUM heat until mushrooms are browned.

Add fennel; cook, stirring, until tender, but slightly crunchy. Season with salt and pepper.

Stir in fennel leaves and bread cubes. Add stock to moisten stuffing.
