Ingredients
  Fennel 16 Ounce, trimmed (2 Bunch)
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 4 Tablespoon, grated
  Oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley sprig 3 , finely chopped
  Lemon 2 1⁄2 , juiced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Wash and clean the fennel; cut each stalk lengthwise into 6 sections.
To make dressing, blend together all ingredients except fennel.
