Bread With Zaatar
|Middle eastern pocket bread||2|
|Olive oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Sesame seeds||2 Tablespoon|
Cut each loaf of bread into 8 wedges.
Separate the wedges so that each loaf offers 16 wedges.
Mix the remaining ingredients together to form a paste.
Brush the coarse side of each of the wedges with a bit of the paste.
Place on a cookie sheet, and broil until lightly browned on top.
Watch these carefully.
