|Medium ground beef||1 Pound (500 Gram)|
|Dried oregano||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Crumbled feta cheese||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
|Pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
|Sliced red onion||4|
|Tzatziki sauce||4 Tablespoon|
In medium bowl, gently combine ground beef, feta cheese, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper (do not mix too vigorously or burgers will be tough).
Divide beef mixture into 4 equal portions; form into 4 patties.
Place burgers on oiled barbecue grill; grill over medium high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink inside, turning once.
Split kaisers in half; place on barbecue grill.
Grill cut side down 1 minute or until lightly toasted.
Spread kaisers with a little Tzatziki.
Place a burger and slices of tomato and red onion in each kaiser.
