|Diced cooked chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||21 Ounce (2 10 1/2 Ounce Cans)|
|White pepper||To Taste|
|Cashew/Roasted peanut halves||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Melt butter in 2- or 3-quart saucepan.
Add onion, celery, and beans.
Cover; simmer over lowheat about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender.
Add pimiento, chicken, soup, and seasonings.
Cook 10 minutes to blend flavors; stir as needed to prevent sticking.
Stir in nuts.
Sprinkle with parsley
