Mediterranean Chicken

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Frozen french style beans 10 Ounce
  Chopped pimiento 1 Tablespoon
  Diced cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 21 Ounce (2 10 1/2 Ounce Cans)
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper To Taste
  Cashew/Roasted peanut halves 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt butter in 2- or 3-quart saucepan.
Add onion, celery, and beans.
Cover; simmer over lowheat about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender.
Add pimiento, chicken, soup, and seasonings.
Cook 10 minutes to blend flavors; stir as needed to prevent sticking.
Stir in nuts.
Sprinkle with parsley
