Ingredients
  Beef 1 1⁄2 Pound, chopped
  Egg 1
  Bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Onions 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Celery leaves 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Thyme/Savory 1 Teaspoon (Small Amount)
  Butter/1/4 cup stock 3 Tablespoon, melted in hot water
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees

MAKING
2.In a bowl, mix the meat thoroughly along with egg, crumbs, chopped parsley, and seasonings
3.In a bread pan, place the meat mixture
4.Bake in the oven for 1 ½ hours, keep basting frequently with stock or butter melted in hot water
5.Garnish with parsley or watercress, if desired

SERVING
6.Serve with mushroom sauce or onion sauce
