Barbecued Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground chuck/Lean ground beef 2 Pound
  Uncooked oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (quick / old fashioned)
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Non fat milk 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Smoky barbecue sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (bottled)
  Eggs 2
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Potatoes 6 , cut up
Directions

In large bowl, mix all ingredients except potatoes.
Shape meat mixture into a loaf.
Place potatoes in bottom of crock pot.
Top potatoes with meat loaf.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
