Basic Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Bread slices 3 , torn into small pieces
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sage 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Catsup/Chili sauce / barbecue sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients except catsup.
Spread mixture in un greased loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches, or shape into loaf in ungreased baking pan.
Spoon catsup onto loaf.
Bake uncovered 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
Drain off fat.
