Green Chili Meat Loaf

This green chili meat loaf is prepared with ground beef and tomatoes with chilies and onion flakes. Mixed together, this beef meatloaf is quite spicy and can be adjusted to suit your heat profile. Bake this for a simple but filling meal on a weeknight.
Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Undrained)
  Canned green chilies 4 Ounce, drained, seeded, and chopped (1 Can)
  Dried onion flakes 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Turn into a 9X5X3 inch loaf dish and press lightly.
Bake at 375°F 1 hour.
