Ingredients
  Veal 3 Pound, minced
  Pepper 1
  Pork 2 Pound, minced
  Butter 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Onion 1 , grated
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake 21/2 hours at 350 F.
Make a gravy with juices, add cooked onions or mushrooms if desired.
