My Meat Loaf is very popular among my friends. You will love this Meat Loaf for its simplicity and also for its amazing flavor. Try this wonderful and unique Meat Loaf Recipe!
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Ground pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Ground veal 1⁄2 Pound
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green mango 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Parsley To Taste
  Minced onion/1/2 cup chives 2 Teaspoon

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
If desired, add enough milk to hold loaf together.
Makes 2 small loaves or 1 large loaf.
Put into loaf pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes for large loaf or 1 hour and 10 minutes for small loaves.
May be frozen
