This Everyday Meat Loaf is simply irresistible and mouth-watering. Try this easy to prepare Everyday Meat Loaf; I am sure you will love to share it with your friends and family.
  Lean ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Catsup/Barbecue sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Combine all ingredients until well blended.
Press meat mixture in a 9 inch round glass cake dish.
Cover with a paper towel.
Microwave 14 to 17 minutes, giving dish a 1/4 turn twice during cooking.
If desired, spread catsup over top of meat loaf and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
