Onion Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Onion soup mix 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Catsup 3 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oven to 350°.
Mix meat, onion soup mix, milk and egg.
Press mixture firmly in ungreased loaf pan, 8 1/2X4 1/2 x2 1/2 inches .
Loosen edges with spat ula and unmold loaf in ungreased baking pan, 13x9x2 inches.
Mix remaining ingredients; spoon onto loaf.
Bake uncovered 1 hour.
