|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Shredded cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, seeded and shredded|
|Dried onion flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Caraway seed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Thoroughly combine all ingredients.
Shape into round loaf place accessory meat rack in crock pot.
Place meat loaf on rack.
Cover and cook on high setting for 4 to 6 hours.
