Mother'S Meat Loaf is simply the best meat loaf I have come across. My meat loving children and husband often compete for this Meat Loaf. Try the Mother'S Meat Loaf for yourself!
Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Sausage 1 Pound (Not Hot)
  Eggs 2
  Cracker crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, diced
  Catsup 14 Ounce
  Catsup 2
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix ingredients except catsup; form into a loaf:
Place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
Let loaf come to within 2 inches of sides of pan.
Ice top and sides of loaf with catsup.
Pour water around loaf to prevent drying.
Bake 1 hour in 350 degreeoven.
