Pineapple Meat Loaf
|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Canned deviled ham||4 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Chopped onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (With Mushrooms)|
|Pineapple syrup||2 Tablespoon|
Combine beef, deviled ham, onions, sour cream, egg, bread crumbs and 1/4 cup tomato sauce with mushrooms, pineapple syrup and salt.
Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Top with pineapple slices and remaining tomato sauce with mushrooms.
Bake 15 minutes longer or until done.
