Stuffed Rolled Meat Loaf
|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Salt||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground pork||1⁄2 Pound|
|Soft bread crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Shredded raw potatoes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Combine beef, 1/4 cup onion, milk, 1 egg, 2 teaspoons salt and pepper.
On foil, pat beef mixture to a 10 inch square.
Combine remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well.
Spread over meat.
Roll up, using foil as help.
Place seam side down in shallow pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
