Stuffed Rolled Meat Loaf is one of most delicious and exquisite meat loaf preparation I have made. I served it recently for a party and the guests were awed by its taste! Try this Stuffed Rolled Meat Loaf recipe, your guests will love it.
Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Salt 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Ground pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Soft bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Shredded raw potatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Sage 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine beef, 1/4 cup onion, milk, 1 egg, 2 teaspoons salt and pepper.
On foil, pat beef mixture to a 10 inch square.
Combine remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well.
Spread over meat.
Roll up, using foil as help.
Place seam side down in shallow pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
