Beef Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Beef chuck 1 Pound, ground
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Minced green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Horse radish 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Fat/Drippings 3 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Fold in eggs with the ground beef.
Add bread crumbs, onion, and green pepper, mixing gently.
Stir in horse-radish, salt, mustard, milk, and catchup.
Shape into loaf.
Brown well on all sides in melted drippings in cooker.
Brush top of loaf with additional catchup.
Cool cooker a few minutes before adding water to prevent evaporation.
Pressure cook at 15 lbs.pressure for 15 minutes.
Reduce pressure immediately.
