Taco Meat Loaf
|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Onion soup mix||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Taco sauce||8 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Tortilla chips||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Shaved ham||8 Ounce|
|Shredded monterey jack cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
Combine the ground beef, onion soup mix, egg, 1/4 cup of the taco sauce, salt, pepper and a few crumbled tortilla chips in a bowl and mix well.
Spread half the ground beef mixture in the bottom of a loaf pan.
Layer the shaved ham, 1/4 cup of the Monterey Jack cheese, 1/4 cup of the Cheddar cheese and about 1/4 cup of the taco sauce over the ground beef layer.
Spread the remaining ground beef mixture over the taco sauce layer.
Press to make a loaf.
Top with the remaining taco sauce and cheeses.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
