Ingredients
  Spatini 7 Gram
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lean ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
Directions

Mix spatini with cold water.
Combine with meat; shape into loaf.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
Add 1/2 cup cornflakes or dried bread crumbs for larger meat loaf if desired.
