Ham Loaf is a unique and winning pork preparation that is perfect for your dinner parties. Surprise your guests with this irresistible pork dish. I am sure they will love the Ham Loaf.
Ingredients
  Ground smoked ham 3 Pound
  Ground pork 1 Pound
  Eggs 2
  Graham cracker crumbs 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Ground allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Condensed tomato soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well.
Shape into a loaf about 10 inches across; place in 16 x 11 inch pan.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour half of sauce over loaf.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Pour remaining sauce over loaf bake for 45 minutes longer, basting several times.
