Mother'S Ham Loaf
|Ham||1 Pound, ground|
|Ground pork||1 Pound|
|Bread crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten slightly|
|Brown sugar||4 Tablespoon|
Mix ham, pork, bread crumbs, milk and eggs; shape in a loaf.
Mix vinegar, mustard and brown sugar together; and pour over loaf.
Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Uncover and bake for 10 minutes if browner loaf is desired.
