  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Bread 1 Cup (16 tbs), torn in small pieces (Fresh)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Egg 1
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Mix beef, crumbs, onion, beaten egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 can tomato sauce.
Form into loaf and put in loaf pan or casserole.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over loaf.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
