Sauerkraut Meat Loaf dish is a tasty and filling dish that once served, leaves you wishing you had prepared more of it. Try this wonderful Sauerkraut Meat Loaf recipe!
|Sauerkraut||1 Cup (16 tbs), washed, drained and chopped fine|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Oatmeal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped fine|
|Tomato sauce||1 Can (10 oz)|
Mix all ingredients together with half of the tomato sauce.
Shape into loaf.
Pour remaining half tomato sauce over meat loaf; cover.
Bake for 1 hour in 350-degree oven.
