Banana Meat Loaf
|Lean beef||1 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes|
|Onions||2 , each cut into quarters|
|Parsley leaves||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Bananas||2 , peeled|
Process half the beef, onions, parsley eggs, salt, and pepper at a time in the processor bowl, using the metal blade, turning it on and off quickly, until the beef and onions are coarsely chopped.
Add this mixture to the rice and mix well.
Place half of mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
Place bananas on top.
Cover with remaining meat mixture.
Bake at 350Â°F for about 1 hour.
Serve at once.
