Ingredients
  Beef 1 Pound, ground
  Sunflower seed meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 , grated
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Soy grits 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), soaked in 1/2 cup stock
  Stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Stewed tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients.
Turn into an oiled loaf pan.
Bake in 350° F. oven for 1 hour.
