Ingredients
  Oatmeal 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked
  Ham 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked and ground
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Green pepper 1 , minced
  Onion 1 , grated
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Soy flour 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients.
Turn into an oiled loaf pan.
Bake in 350° oven for about 45 minutes.
