Curried Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground meat 1 Pound (Round In Shape)
  Cooking apple 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), peeled, diced
  Diced onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Oats 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), uncooked (Quick Cooking Oats)
  Prepared brown mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
Directions

Combine all ingredients except parsley, mix well.
Place in an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loafpan, bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Remove meat loaf from pan immediately.
Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
