Family Meat Loaf Ring
|Packed brown sugar||14 Cup (224 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce, divided|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Lean ground beef||2 Pound|
|Onions||1 Medium, minced|
|Cracker crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , lightly beaten|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine brown sugar, tomato sauce, and mustard.
Combine beef, onion, cracker crumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper.
Add 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce mixture and stir until well mixed.
Place mixture in 6-cup microproof ring mold.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over meat.
Cook on HI, 12 to 14 minutes, or until done.
