Somerville Meat Loaf

|Suet||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Horseradish||4 Tablespoon (Leveled)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Soft bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Minced green pepper||4 Tablespoon (Leveled)|
|Tomato catsup||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||4 Tablespoon (Leveled)|
Mix well all ingredients except catsup.
Pack in a greased bread pan.
Cover top of loaf with tomato catsup and bake in a hot oven at 400° F. for 45 min.
This loaf may be made of left over meat and is delicious hot or cold.
