Somerville Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Beef 2 Pound
  Eggs 2
  Suet 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Horseradish 4 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  Onions 2 Small
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Soft bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Minced green pepper 4 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
  Tomato catsup 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 4 Tablespoon (Leveled)
Directions

Mix well all ingredients except catsup.
Pack in a greased bread pan.
Cover top of loaf with tomato catsup and bake in a hot oven at 400° F. for 45 min.
This loaf may be made of left over meat and is delicious hot or cold.
