Can there be a more wholesome lunchtime course than the Scalloped Potatoes with Meat Loaf ? Bake up the Scalloped Potatoes with Meat Loaf in just 1hour and enjoy it hot! Feel free to comment on it after you enjoy it.
Ingredients
  Cream of mushroom soup 15 Ounce
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Potatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Meat loaf slices 8
Directions

Mix together the soup, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour a little of the mixture into a baking dish.
Top with a layer of sliced potato, then cover with four slices of Meat Loaf and another layer of potato.
Add half of the remaining soup mixture.
Arrange a layer of potatoes and remaining meat loaf on top and pour the last of the liquid over all.
Bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour.
Serve hot.
