This Meat Loaf skillet-style tastes incredible! I indulge in this extremely flavorful skilleted meat with a bowl of steaming hot rice for lunch everyday, ever since I've known this dish ! Try out the Meat-Loaf skillet-style and get addicted ! What do you say?
Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Egg 1
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Red kidney beans 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

Mix ground beef, onion, egg, catsup, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Shape meat mixture into a round loaf that will fit into your skillet.
This can be done ahead and frozen, then thawed when ready to cook.
Place meat loaf into skillet and flatten it down to fit.
Mix tomato sauce and beans, pour over meat.
Allow to simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
Uncover skillet, cook for 15 minutes more.
Cut meat loaf in wedges to serve.
