Stuffed Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Lean ground pork 3⁄4 Pound
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Seedless raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Toasted bread cubes 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Minced onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Beef broth/Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

Mix beef, pork, the 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/4 tea spoon pepper, and egg.
On a sheet of waxed paper, pat out meat mixture evenly to form a square about 1/2 inch thick.
Mix raisins, bread, onion, parsley, sage, pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and broth.
Pat in an even layer over the meat.
Roll as for a jelly roll and place in a baking pan seam side down.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Serve sliced, hot or cold.
