Super Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry red wine/Tomato juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Lean ground lamb 2 Pound
  Pine nuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Unflavored yogurt 8 Ounce
Directions

In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium-high heat; add the onion and cook, stirring until limp (about 5 minutes); turn into a large bowl.
Add to the bowl the bread crumbs, wine, salt, oregano, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, chopped parsley, eggs, and ground lamb.
Mix well.
Use your hands to form meat into a large, compact ball.
Roll in pine nuts, pressing them into the meat.
Set the meat loaf in a pie pan and bake, uncovered, in a 325° oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until nuts become golden.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with parsley sprigs and lemon.
To serve, cut in wedges and offer yogurt to spoon over the meat like a sauce
