Meat Loaf Muffins
|Chopped green onion||125 Milliliter|
|Lean ground beef||500 Gram|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Tomato paste||25 Milliliter|
|Dried oregano||5 Milliliter|
Remove 1 tbsp (15 mL) onion; set aside.
In bowl, mix together remaining onion, beef, egg, garlic, tomato paste, oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
Form into 4 balls and place into ungreased muffin cups; sprinkle with reserved onion.
Bake in 425Ã‚Â°F (220Ã‚Â°C) oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
