Ham Loaf

  Ham 3⁄4 Pound
  Veal/Beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Lean pork 1⁄4 Pound
  Eggs 2
  Soft bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Onion salt 1 Dash

Grind together the ham, veal or beef, and pork. Mix in eggs, bread crumbs, milk, pepper, onion salt, and seasoning salt. Pat mixture into a loaf pan. Spread top of loaf with the mustard and brown sugar, mixed together. Pour pineapple juice over the loaf. Bake for one hour. To serve a crowd: Make up into individual loaves, using 1/2 cup mixture per serving. Place in large baking pans; spread with topping, and bake for 1/2 hour, or until done.
