Ingredients
  Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Hot)
  Chopped cooked turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soft bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Melt shortening in milk in saucepan over low heat.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Add milk mixture; blend well.
Pack lightly into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
