Gelatin Pork Loaf

Ingredients
  Pork 3 Pound
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crushed crackers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hard boiled eggs 2
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Simmer pork in 1 cup water until tender; cool and grind.
Add salt, pepper, celery seed, crackers, mustard and eggs.
Soften gelatin in 3 tablespoons warm water; add to pork mixture.
Pack in loaf pan.
Refrigerate for several hours.
